Our Story

Philip Rosenau Company is the largest family owned distributor of janitorial and sanitary maintenance products in our market. We have been in business for 60 years. Our commitment to quality and customer service has led to our standing as an industry leader. We offer comprehensive cleaning programs providing solutions that meet the industry's highest standards of quality and value. Our main office is centrally located in Warminster, PA, supporting our trading areas of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

We have the capability to maintain all of your janitorial and sanitary maintenance equipment through our Service Center in Warminster Pennsylvania or by using our network of mobile-repair vans. We are a founding member of Strategic Market Alliance (SMA), a member- owned cooperative comprised of prominent distributors of janitorial and sanitary maintenance, food service, industrial packaging, equipment and associated services, located across North America. Utilizing SMA for nationwide distribution reduces overall product costs and provides operational efficiencies for Regional and National business.

We recognized nearly 20 years ago that even the best products are ineffective if cleaning professionals do not know how to properly use them. We developed a nationally recognized training program. Our Warminster training center also functions as the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Mid-Atlantic regional training center.
