Philip Rosenau's major areas of distribution include Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware with service extending to Maryland and Washington, DC. We maintain three offices: our 65,000 square foot distribution center in Warminster, PA; along with satellite offices and warehouses in West Chester, PA and New Castle, DE. We also offer a complete repair service centers in Warminster that is capable of repairing and maintaining all of your janitorial equipment. Our factory-certified personnel offer on and off-site service, as well as preventative maintenance programs.

With over 80 employees, the combined experience of our Management Team, Sales Force, Customer Service Specialists, and Service Technicians provide you with the most comprehensive support anywhere. These experts are always available to answer any of your questions. In addition, our dedicated Training Manager is available to provide on-site cleaning related educational seminars. Recent topics have included: Avian Flu, Right-to-Know, Blood-borne Pathogens, Floor Care, Carpet Care, Stone Care, Wood Floor Care, Restroom Cleaning, People Management and Motivation and Training of Employees.
